Types of Therapy

There are many, many types of therapy, but there are basically two ways the communication happens… via talking or playing.  Play therapy is particularly appropriate for children, but can be useful for adults and adolescents as well.  Talk therapy is the most common approach and there are probably hundreds of different methods for doing healing work through talking. No therapist can possibly study and master every kind of therapy and most therapists blend approaches.  Click on the links below to learn what talk and play therapy methods Rita employs.
