When is a good time for Personal Growth Work?

Personal growth is available to all of us all of the time. Clients are often motivated to do this work at times of transition such as:

  • the beginning or ending of a relationship
  • becoming a parent or grandparent
  • anticipating an “empty nest”
  • the death of a loved one
  • exploring a new career or life path
  • times of spiritual questioning
